The stations party is a popular choice. Similar to a buffet party, it is composed of three entrees, a salad and two or three vegetables in three separate stations. This arrangement affords your guests faster access to their selected meal, while insuring a wide variety of choices. Patrons select at least three entree stations with appropriate vegetable accompaniment.

The seated dinner service offers a wonderful selection of entrees with choice of salads and are served with an assortment of crusted breads, baguettes and focaccia.

And our signature buffet service is available in three categories: silver, gold, and platinum. Our buffets typically consist of three entrees, salad, several vegetables, dessert and hot beverage.
