Richard Payne, a local freelance photographer, is exhibiting a collection of sports, nature and travel photos in the Tusk Lounge now through the end of September.  Richard was born in Washington DC, but lived in Baltimore for 13 years.  He reluctantly relocated to Bethesda in 2004 to shorten the commute to his full time job as a contractor at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda.  This collection contains many images from his birthplace and from his adopted home - Baltimore.
